		Adrian Soper
		There's no business like show business...and that's certainly true for our Adrian. Involved in the whole process from planning, to stand construction, and often manning the stand, Adrian is the star of our shows so if you haven't met him yet we're sure you will in time!

		When Laura isn't eating pie, chips and curry or partying to bangra she is updating our website. She probably writed this, so apologees for any spelling errors and stuff....haha!

		Andy Kelly
		Our resident 'surfer dude' Andy is the leader of our production team and ensures we make all the right products to fulfill your demands! In his spare moments at work Andy can often be found secretly moon-walking to Michael Jackson in the staff room! (The truth is, as Andy insisted we point out, he is more likely to walk on the moon than put Jacko on his iPod).

		Dave Symonds
		Although quite shy initially, Dave is now a fully fledged member of the wacky Jo Downs team. Working with the other glass artists he has an eye for colour and is responsible for the glorious yet highly time consuming Twist design.

		Geoff Harrison
		Also known as 'The money man', Geoff sorts all the purchase orders and invoices and generally acts as a fountain of knowledge for all us office bods. Although he was due to retire last year he loves us so much he's stayed on part time!

		Suzie Barnes
		One of our most colourful team members, Suzie holds her own in dispatch sending out mountains of orders whilst also completing all the admin that goes with it! With her singing, and crude sense of humour Suzie keeps us all entertained!!

		Mercedes Smith
		Once guru of the galleries, and now queen of commissions, Mercedes runs our St. Ives art gallery whilst also generating and implementing commissions. Unsurprisingly she has a keen interest in Art and is currently studying for her MA, but we think she'd make a great ambassador for St. Ives as she seems to have her finger firmly on the pulse!

		Claire Chapman
		Claire, call me Klaar, Chapman has worked at Jo Downs Glass forever. Her quiet reserved manner belies her caustic sense of humour and her love of gossip! Along with other canny members of the team Claire is quick to raid the company bins for sketches, prototypes and any other potential Jo Downs memorabilia that might fund a future pension.

		Vanessa Humber
		As a relatively new member of the glass artist team Vanessa, or Van to the rest of us, has quickly got up to speed with things (no surprise considering she's a bit of a girl racer) and can be relied upon to produce perfect products!

		Tom Downs
		We let Tom pretend he's in charge (well it stops him being a menace to society). Looking out for her older brother, Jo has taken him under her wing, having saved him from a disastrous career in TV and theatre. Despite his illusions of grandeur Tom's primary function is get staff lunches from Tescos.
